Recipe ElasTone Peptide Serum Water System

ElasTone — 5 g
Rose hydrolate — 420 ml
Glycerin — 30 ml
Panthenol — 10 ml
Preservative system — 3 ml

The process begins with mixing hydrolate and glycerin until uniform. Panthenol is dispersed under mixing. At temperatures below 30 degrees ElasTone is introduced with uniform distribution. The preservative system is added followed by mixing until stabilization. Final mixing results in a uniform serum.
