Recipe Refreshing Lemongrass Lotion System

Lemongrass extract liquid — 90 g
Water — 780 ml
Glycerin — 50 g
Polysorbate — 25 g
Panthenol — 20 g
Preservative — 5 g

The process begins with preparation of the water phase under continuous mixing and gradual heating to approximately 45 degrees. Glycerin is introduced followed by polysorbate to create stable dispersion. Panthenol is incorporated until full integration is achieved. During cooling below 35 degrees lemongrass extract is added with gentle mixing to preserve functional properties. Preservative is added and system is stabilized to obtain homogeneous lotion with consistent industrial characteristics.
