Recipe for a smoothing primer with Dynalift

Cornflower Hydrolate 55 ml
Purified Water 20 ml
Dynalift 6 g
Propanediol 5 ml
Aloe Vera Extract water soluble 5 ml
Polysaccharide Thickener 2 g
Vegetable Glycerin 3 ml
Cosmetic Preservative 1 g

To prepare the primer cornflower hydrolate and purified water are combined and mixed thoroughly. The polysaccharide thickener is evenly dispersed over the liquid surface and allowed to form a uniform base. Dynalift is pre blended with a portion of the water phase and then gently incorporated into the main batch. Propanediol, glycerin and aloe vera extract are added sequentially and mixed until evenly distributed. At the final stage the preservative is introduced and the formulation is blended until stable.
