Silicone base 70 g
Dimethiconol 10 g
Cyclopentasiloxane 15 ml
Vitamin E 3 g
Fragrance 2 g

To prepare the serum the silicone base is mixed with Dimethiconol until uniform. Cyclopentasiloxane is added and blended thoroughly, followed by vitamin E and fragrance. Mixing continues until a homogeneous texture is achieved. The finished serum is allowed to stabilize before filling.
