Purified water 70 ml
Cosmetic base oil 15 ml
Emulsifier 6 g
Dimethicone 350 cst 7 ml
Glycerin 1 ml
Preservative 1 g

To prepare the fluid purified water is placed in a working container and heated until warm. In a separate vessel base oil and emulsifier are combined and heated until fully blended. The oil phase is gradually added into the water phase with continuous mixing until a uniform emulsion forms. During cooling dimethicone is incorporated with continued mixing until evenly distributed. Glycerin is then added and mixed until texture becomes uniform. At the final stage preservative is added and mixing continues until homogeneous. The finished fluid is left to stabilize before filling.

The formulation is intended for B2B use and provides stability, reproducibility and versatility in modern skin and hair care product development.
