Cosmetic Recipe: Ultra-Conditioning Hair Conditioner

Instructions:

1. Prepare Phase A: In a heat-resistant beaker, combine distilled water and vegetable glycerin. Gently heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F).
2. Prepare Phase B: In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine BTMS, Cetearyl Alcohol, Argan Oil, and Jojoba Oil. Heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F) until all ingredients are completely melted and clear.
3. Emulsify: Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a stick blender or high-shear mixer. Blend for 2-3 minutes until a thick, uniform emulsion forms.
4. Cool & Add Phase C: Continue mixing occasionally as the emulsion cools. When the temperature drops to below 40°C (104°F), add Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and Panthenol (Phase C). Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
5. Add Phase D: Once cooled to room temperature (below 30°C/86°F), add the preservative and fragrance oil (Phase D). Mix well to ensure even distribution.
6. Package: Transfer the finished conditioner into a clean, sanitized pump bottle or jar.

Recommendations for Application:
