Cream 20% - 35 ml
Glucose Syrup - 10 g

Phase B
Edible Glitter Pearl - 1.2 g
Vanilla Flavor - 0.5 g

Heat the cream and glucose syrup until hot without boiling. Add the white chocolate and stir until a completely smooth glaze forms. Allow the mixture to cool slightly until warm, then add the ingredients from Phase B. Mix gently until the glitter is evenly distributed throughout the glaze.
