Product Description
Batana Oil Raw natural unrefined oil from Elaeis oleifera palm nuts for cosmetic formulations
Batana Oil Raw is a natural unrefined vegetable oil obtained from the nuts of the Elaeis oleifera palm through traditional pressing methods. The ingredient appears as a dense oily liquid ranging from deep amber to dark brown with a characteristic nutty aroma. The oil contains natural fatty acids, plant lipids and phytosterol compounds that form its rich botanical lipid profile. It is fully soluble in lipid media and blends easily with vegetable oils, waxes and cosmetic emollients. Insoluble in water and therefore incorporated into the oil phase of cosmetic formulations or used in oil blends. Due to its dense texture and rich lipid composition the oil is widely used in cosmetic formulations for skin and hair care. The material is suitable for development of oil concentrates, nourishing balms and cream emulsions and can be used both in laboratory formulation and industrial production.
Properties and sensory performance
In cosmetic formulations Batana Oil Raw creates a rich oily texture and smooth sensory feel. Products containing this ingredient spread evenly across the skin surface and contribute to a soft and smooth skin feel. In cream and oil systems the oil supports structural stability and helps build a dense product texture.
Industry applications
Batana Oil Raw is used in facial creams, body creams, oil serums, balms, masks and hair care formulations. The ingredient is applied in natural cosmetic lines, SPA formulations and professional cosmetic systems. It is suitable for oil concentrates, nourishing balms, cream emulsions and hair care products. Due to stable lipid composition the oil is widely used in private label development and contract manufacturing where formulation reproducibility and industrial scalability are essential.
Formula example
Batana Oil Raw 95 ml
Jojoba oil 85 ml
Avocado oil 75 ml
Macadamia oil 65 ml
Cetearyl alcohol 22 g
Purified water 460 ml
Glycerin 60 g
Vitamin E 8 g
Cetearyl alcohol is heated together with vegetable oils and Batana oil until a uniform oil phase forms. Vitamin E is incorporated into the oil phase with continuous mixing. In a separate vessel purified water and glycerin are blended to create the aqueous phase. The aqueous phase is gradually introduced into the oil phase with continuous mixing forming a stable emulsion. After emulsification the pH of the aqueous phase is adjusted to a balanced level resulting in a cream with a rich oil texture.
Batana Oil Raw is positioned for B2B cosmetic manufacturers, formulation laboratories and contract production facilities. The ingredient provides stable emulsions, reproducible formulation performance and compatibility with scalable industrial manufacturing.
