Fisetin Antioxidant as polyphenolic functional ingredient for B2B formulation systems
Fisetin Antioxidant is a polyphenolic active ingredient used in formulation systems to improve oxidative stability and protect sensitive components from degradation. It is applied in cosmetic, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and food systems where formulation stability, shelf life, and consistent product performance are required. The ingredient supports structural integrity and helps maintain quality in multi component systems during processing and storage.
Properties of Fisetin Antioxidant
Fisetin Antioxidant reduces oxidation rate in formulations and helps stabilize lipid containing systems. It supports preservation of sensitive ingredients and improves overall compatibility within the formulation. The ingredient contributes to maintaining homogeneity and supports stability during storage.
Application of Fisetin Antioxidant
Fisetin Antioxidant is used in serums, creams, emulsions, oil blends, and functional products. It is applied in cosmetic formulations, nutraceutical systems, and food related compositions. Suitable for contract manufacturing and private label development where stable formulations are required.
Behavior in formulation
Fisetin Antioxidant has limited solubility in water and is typically incorporated into glycol, alcohol, or oil phases. Pre dissolution is required to achieve uniform distribution. The ingredient is sensitive to light and oxygen, therefore controlled processing conditions are recommended.
Formulation incorporation
Fisetin Antioxidant is used at 0.01 to 1 percent depending on formulation design. It is introduced as a pre dissolved concentrate in propylene glycol or oil phase.
Recipe Antioxidant emulsion serum with Fisetin
Ingredients
Jojoba Oil 20 ml
Squalane 10 ml
Propylene Glycol 10 ml
Fisetin Antioxidant 0.2 g
Tocopherol Vitamin E 0.5 g
Emulium Delta O W emulsifier 5 g
Witch Hazel Hydrosol 43 ml
Euxyl PE 9010 preservative 1 g
Xanthan Gum 0.3 g
Processing
Fisetin Antioxidant is first dissolved in propylene glycol until a uniform solution is obtained. The oil phase is prepared by mixing jojoba oil, squalane, and tocopherol. The aqueous phase is prepared by dispersing xanthan gum into witch hazel hydrosol until a uniform gel structure is formed. The oil phase is heated to 70 degrees and Emulium Delta is added. The aqueous phase is heated to the same temperature and combined with the oil phase under continuous mixing to form an emulsion. After cooling below 40 degrees, the fisetin solution is added and mixed until uniform. The preservative is added at the final stage.
Instruction
Fisetin Antioxidant should be added during the cooling phase to maintain stability. Emulium Delta is suitable for light oil in water emulsions. Euxyl PE 9010 is compatible with aqueous systems and provides stable preservation. Temperature and mixing control are required for consistent results.
Manufacturing value
Fisetin Antioxidant improves formulation stability and reduces oxidation processes.
In combination with Emulium Delta and Euxyl PE 9010, it supports stable and scalable formulation systems.
Use of specific functional ingredients increases formulation flexibility and improves internal product linking across the catalog.
