Cosmetic Recipe: Refreshing Balsam Fir Body Wash

Ingredient Quantity (by volume)
Distilled Water 70 ml
Liquid Castile Soap 25 ml
Glycerin 3 ml
Abies balsamea Essential Oil 10 drops
Polysorbate 20 (Solubilizer) 5 drops

Instructions:

  1. In a clean glass bottle, combine the distilled water and liquid castile soap. Gently stir to avoid excessive foaming.
  2. In a separate small container, mix the Abies balsamea Essential Oil with the Polysorbate 20. Stir gently until the essential oil is fully dissolved. Polysorbate 20 helps to disperse the oil evenly in the water-based mixture.

  4. Incorporate the glycerin and stir gently until the mixture is homogenous.
  5. Close the bottle tightly.
