Terms and Conditions of the Mыло Опт Online Store

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions come into effect between the Buyer and Mыло Опт online store (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) through an authorized manager from the moment the order is placed.

1.2. Placing an order on the website means the Buyer agrees to these Terms. The primary method of interaction is placing an order via the website мыло-опт.com.ua or by email.

1.3. Purchases can be made by individuals and legal entities capable of paying for and receiving the goods in accordance with established procedures.

1.4. Certificates of quality and product passports are provided to wholesale clients upon individual request within 14 calendar days after payment. For retail items, quality passports are not issued.

1.5. All product images on the website are for reference only. Actual specifications are listed on the product page.

1.6. Product descriptions are compiled from open sources, technical documentation, and manufacturer-provided information. The data regarding applications and properties is for informational purposes only.

1.7. Access to the “Favorites” feature is available only to registered users.

1.8. Expiration dates listed on the site may differ from those on the product label due to high product turnover and updated batches.

1.9. Online consultations and recommendations are informational. The Seller is not responsible for the use of the product.

1.10. The store’s product range covers the full spectrum of raw materials and ingredients for cosmetics and production: ingredients for cosmetics in wholesale and retail, cosmetic actives and peptides, extracts, essential oils, hydrolates, oils and butters, emulsifiers, surfactants, thickeners, flavorings, molds for soap and candles, as well as rare components for the food and chemical industries.

2. Order Placement Conditions

2.1. Registration is recommended for convenient order tracking. Orders can also be placed without registration.

2.2. Orders are accepted online 24/7, with processing during business hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

2.3. Before placing an order, the Buyer must review the product’s specifications on its product page.

2.4. After placing an order, the Seller confirms product availability, provides shipping dates, and estimated delivery times.

2.5. Payment is required before dispatch. Refunds after payment are not possible, except as required by law.

2.6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse order acceptance or processing without explanation.

2.7. Packaging color preferences can be specified in the order comments and will be considered if the requested option is available.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is available within Ukraine and worldwide via convenient methods for the client: courier services, air, sea, or ground transport.

3.2. International orders are shipped according to the customer’s choice: air freight (8–16 business days) or ground/sea transport (21–30 business days).

3.3. Additional documentation may be required for international shipping, including a commercial invoice and certificates upon request.

3.4. Detailed delivery terms are provided in the “Payment and Delivery” section.

3.5. For legal entities, dispatch is carried out within 2–3 business days after 100% prepayment and funds are credited to the Seller’s account.

3.6. Glass containers and beech baskets are shipped separately, and delivery is paid by the Buyer.

3.7. Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the integrity and completeness of the goods in the presence of the delivery service representative.

3.8. In case of shortages or damage, a claim report must be drawn up at the place of receipt. Claims without such a report are not considered.

3.9. Silicone molds, stamps, and forms are made to order. Delays in shipment are possible. Refunds for made-to-order products are not provided.

3.10. All products are packed for transportation purposes. For storage, the product must be transferred into appropriate storage containers.

3.11. Wholesale batches are shipped in the current packaging available at the warehouse. Individual packaging conditions must be agreed upon in advance.

3.12. Special storage and transportation conditions apply to certain product categories (actives, peptides, oils, butters, essential oils), which must be observed by the recipient.

3.13. The Seller’s responsibility for the goods extends until the moment of transfer to the delivery service.

4. Payment

4.1. Product prices are listed on the website per unit or minimum packaging volume.

4.2. A flexible system of discounts and bonuses is available for wholesale clients.

4.3. Payment is accepted via:

• Bank transfer for legal entities and private entrepreneurs;
• International transfers, including PayPal payment for raw materials, for overseas orders.

4.4. Invoices are valid for 24 hours.

4.5. Returns and exchanges are not provided, except as required by the laws of Ukraine.

4.6. Promotional items, discounted products, and made-to-order goods are not subject to return or exchange.

5. Claims and Termination of Agreement

Claims are accepted via email. They are reviewed in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Codes of Ukraine, as well as the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
