Propylene glycol 50 g
Hydroxyethyl cellulose 5 g

Hydroxyethyl cellulose is dispersed in purified water until a gel base forms. Glycerin and propylene glycol are incorporated and mixed until uniform distribution is achieved. Methylene Blue is dissolved in a small portion of warm water and introduced into the gel base with mixing. Aloe extract and niacinamide are added and the mixture is stirred until homogeneous texture forms. The pH is adjusted to obtain stable gel formulation.
