Protective Hand Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

• Coconut oil – 2 g
• Tocopherol (Vitamin E) – 1.8 g
• Jojoba oil – 3.8 g
• EMULIUM® DELTA – 5.7 g
• Cranberry extract – 2 g
• Urea – 3.9 g
• Shea butter – 2 g
• Witch hazel hydrosol – 16 g
• D-Panthenol – 4 g
• Lanol 99 – 1.2 g
• Vegetable glycerin – 3.8 g
• Lanolin – 3.9 g
• Wheat germ oil – 1 g
• Cyclomethicone – 5.7 g
• Water – 38.7 g

Instructions:

1. Prepare the oil phase: In a separate container, combine all oils (coconut oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, wheat germ oil) with Lanol 99 and lanolin. Heat the mixture to 60-70°C until the oils completely dissolve.

2. Prepare the water phase: In another container, combine witch hazel hydrosol, water, vegetable glycerin, urea, and cranberry extract. Heat to 60-70°C to dissolve all the ingredients.

3. Emulsification: Gradually add the water phase to the oil phase, constantly stirring. Use a blender or mixer to emulsify the mixture until you get a smooth cream.

4. Add active ingredients: Once the cream cools to below 40°C, add tocopherol (Vitamin E), D-Panthenol, and EMULIUM® DELTA. Stir thoroughly.

5. Cool and package: Once the cream cools completely, transfer it into a convenient container and use as needed.
