Why is the parcel not tracked by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta by the track number that you sent

We process parcels online and do not carry parcels one by one to the branches of transport companies, the clearance of all goods takes time for employees, be patient, if you received a track number for your parcel, this means that you will receive it on it. Also, please take into account that in military conditions, transport companies operate in their own mode, they may not have electricity, there may be air raid alerts, in which they are required to close everything and go to shelter, websites crash, servers do not work, there is no light and other reasons that we may not be told.

Please send the parcel as soon as possible or same day

We do not send parcels on the same day. We ship within 3-5 working days after payment. We ask you to order the goods in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Why does a product disappear from favorites?

To add a product to favorites, you need to be authorized on the site, please note that the product added to favorites is saved in the cache of the device on which it was added, when the device cache is cleared, favorite products are also cleared.

Shipping will be free

When the amount of payment for the order is from 999 UAH, delivery is Free in Ukraine to the branch of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta (your choice) in your city! Orders with targeted delivery are paid in full by the buyer, regardless of the amount of the order. Orders less than 999 UAH are paid by the buyer himself. Overseas orders are always delivered for a fee, regardless of the amount of the order.
