We work only on a prepayment basis. Cash on delivery is not available at Mylo Opt, since the assortment is limited and the prices for raw materials (oils, extracts, actives, peptides, soap bases) may change daily. To secure the required ingredients, we recommend placing the order and completing the payment within 1 day. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

What are the shipping times for orders

The average processing and shipping time is 3 to 5 business days after the payment has been received. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. Please also note that in case of power outages or emergency situations, warehouse operations may be temporarily suspended, which can extend the processing time.

Why is my parcel not tracked by the carrier

A tracking number becomes active only after the package is handed over to the carrier. Sometimes it takes time for the information to appear on the carrier’s website. Please note that companies such as Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta may experience delays due to power outages or emergency alerts.

Can you ship the same day after payment

We do not ship on the same day. Each order requires 3 to 5 business days for packaging and processing after the payment is confirmed. To avoid delays, we recommend planning your orders in advance.

Why are my favorite items disappearing from the wishlist

To keep items in your wishlist, you need to be logged into your personal account. If items are added without login, they are stored in the device’s cache. Clearing the cache or switching devices will remove saved favorites.

Delivery within Ukraine and worldwide

Free delivery across Ukraine is available for orders with a total payment of 999 UAH or more. Courier delivery is paid separately by the customer.

What if I paid for my order but never received it
