International small parcel shipping up to 2 kg

For small orders, we provide the “small packet” option. This is convenient if you need to order essential oils, extracts, hydrolates, actives, soap bases, or small quantities of packaging. Shipping costs are calculated in US dollars and depend on the weight.

• 0–100 g: ground $3.99, air $4.32
• 100–200 g: ground $5.38, air $6.18
• 250–500 g: ground $7.96, air $9.44
• 500 g – 1 kg: ground $11.86, air $14.50
• 1–2 kg: ground $21.11, air $22.11

Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia at the PrivatBank exchange rate on the day of order processing.

Delivery over 2 kg

For shipments over 2 kg, an extended tariff system applies by region. All rates are indicated in US dollars.

• CIS and Eastern Europe: handling from $7.75 + rate per kg
• European Union (Germany, Poland, Italy, France, Spain and others): handling from $13.70 + from $2.10 per kg
• Central and Northern Europe: handling from $16.50 + $2.20–$2.80 per kg
• North America (USA and Canada): handling from $10.80 + $3.30–$5.80 per kg
• Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Israel and others): handling from $12.00 + $3.60–$7.10 per kg
• Australia and Oceania: handling from $10.40 + $6.00–$11.50 per kg
• Africa, South and Central America: handling from $14.50 + $5.50–$7.00 per kg

The weight is rounded up to the next 100 g. The packaging weight from 100–500 g is also added depending on the size of the shipment.

Delivery times

• Europe: 7–14 days
• North America: 10–20 days
• Asia and the Middle East: 14–20 days
• South America, Africa, Australia: 15–25 days

Every shipment is registered and assigned a tracking number for monitoring.

Packaging and safety

Essential oils and extracts are packed in plastic or glass containers with hermetic lids.
Peptides, actives, and powders are secured with multi-layer protective packaging.
Soap bases, hydrolates, and fragrances are packed considering long-distance transportation.

We also use multi-layer cardboard boxes and moisture-resistant materials. This is particularly important for international deliveries to hot or cold climates, such as Africa, Latin America, or Northern Europe.

Additional conditions

Parcels can be insured. The cost of insurance is +$3.60 to the shipping tariff. The maximum coverage is 150 euros.
For small packets up to 2 kg, insurance is not available.

On request, we can declare the value of the parcel, which increases protection and allows refund in case of loss or damage.
