Payment and Delivery

Mylo Opt provides clear and convenient terms for payment and delivery of orders across Ukraine and to any country worldwide. We ship professional ingredients, actives, peptides, and other raw materials for cosmetics, soap making, candles, perfumery, supplements, and related industries.

Payment

Payment is made via bank details sent after confirming the availability of all items in your order. A message with the bank card number or company account is sent to the phone or email specified when placing the order.
After completing the payment, please send your transfer details and shipping information to mysoapoptom@gmail.com.

For legal entities and sole proprietors, non-cash payment is available with a full set of supporting documents. The invoice is valid for 1 day, and shipment is made with 100% prepayment.

Cash on delivery is not available, as the stock of raw materials, including rare actives and peptides, is limited. All orders are assembled only after full payment.

Delivery within Ukraine

We work with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta as our main carriers.
Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation and verification of product availability.

Free delivery conditions:
For orders from 999 UAH, delivery to the nearest Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch in your city is free.
Orders under 999 UAH are shipped according to the carrier’s rates.

Important notes:
Address delivery is paid by the customer regardless of order amount.
Pickup from parcel lockers is at the customer’s own risk, as it is not possible to check the contents upon receipt. To minimize risks, we recommend picking up orders at branches in the presence of carrier staff.
If incorrect delivery details are provided, redirection costs are covered by the customer.

Delivery via Ukrposhta

To ensure correct shipping, please provide the postal code, city, district, region, and recipient details. If your location is not listed, you can include it in the order comments and also send it via email.

We are not responsible for the carrier’s performance after handing over the shipment. In case of loss or delay, claims should be filed directly with Ukrposhta. All orders are handed over in a dry and secure condition, packed according to carrier requirements.

International Delivery

Mylo Opt ships actives, peptides, extracts, oils, and other ingredients to clients worldwide every day.
After placing your order, our manager will confirm product availability and calculate the delivery cost. Available shipping methods include air (8–16 business days) and ground or sea transport (21–30 days).
We work with international shipping companies and cargo services, delivering to the USA, Canada, European countries, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
International payments can be made via Western Union, PayPal, or other available transfer systems. If needed, we provide all necessary documentation, including invoices, declarations, and packing lists.
