Oil mixture for facial skin massage
Massage is a pleasant and beneficial ritual, and facial massage helps keep the skin toned. Choosing the right oil matters, as not every oil has a suitable texture. That is why an oil blend works best, and it is easy to make at home from popular natural oils. It nourishes and moisturises, leaving the skin smoother and more supple.
Ingredients
You need 5 g of jojoba oil, 10 g of kukui nut oil, 5 g of macadamia oil, 1 drop of sweet orange oil, 1 drop of bergamot oil and 7 drops of rose oil.
Method
Prepare a clean container and disinfect it with alcohol so the blend keeps longer. Place it on kitchen scales and weigh the jojoba oil, which nourishes, moisturises and leaves the skin silky.
Add kukui nut oil, which nourishes, moisturises and comforts irritated skin. Then add macadamia oil, which absorbs quickly, nourishes deeply and helps keep the skin toned.
Finally add the aromatic oils: sweet orange for suppleness and a lovely scent, bergamot, and rose, which is especially good for mature skin and leaves it soft and supple. Mix well and pour into a cosmetic bottle. Find more natural oils in our base oils section, and for night-time care try our watermelon night mask.
